4th Bn 66th Reg Posted January 30, 2013 Share Posted January 30, 2013 So if you play the 1939 campaign with unlimited soft builds does that favor the Axis or Allies more? I am thinking that it tilts the game way to the side of the Axis? Except for the fact that the allies could build more engineers for fortifications in Russia.
