If you don't mind, what photoshop version do you use and is it recommended?

Trying to break into modding...

The one I have is an older version called “Photoshop Elements 5.0”. It seems to be able to do most things I want with it so I would recommend it. All the mods I have made, except “animated text”, have been created with this version.
