To be clear, I installed CMBN on my previous laptop last year, then re-installed in on my new one (having uninstalled Steam and all games on the old one first), it then worked fine until I recently moved from Windows 10 to 11 and now it doesn't load at all, I can see what looks like a Steam Cloud alert and then it just stops loading, I can see the same 2 save files in the Cloud that KewDok mentioned.

Same problem on CMBN, did you ever get a fix?
