UPDATE: After making another ticket, it got resolved quickly. Not sure why it didn't work before, something must have went wrong.

Does this mean all tickets made on the "other" helpdesk aren't being reviewed? Been unable to get any support for weeks :̣́(

Goodday,
I've lost my username - password combination and have made a ticket at the help desk about this over 3 weeks ago. I am yet to receive a reply. I've also emailed sales@battlefront.com but no reply from them either. Then I went to the official discord and asked there and they told me to make a forum post here so here I am.
Any support would be really appreciated as I'm unable to play any CM titles and it's a real bummer.
