I just purchased the CMRT + Fire and Rubble bundle from Battlefront.com. When looking at my orders, there is no link to download the game, only an activation code. I saw on another post that for some reason if you buy a bundle you don't get the download links? I went to the patches part of the website and downloaded the CMRT Engine 4 Win V2.11 update because that was the only file I could find for CMRT Version 4. After unzipping and running that application it give me this message: "This v2.11 "Game Engine 4" Upgrade of Combat Mission: Red Thunder requires you to have a working copy of Combat Mission: Red Thunder installed through v2.00 (Game Engine 4)" Please someone tell me how I can find the files for CMRT through V2.00?
