I am having difficulties patching from ver. 2.12 to 3.11. The patcher states that file CMBN_Setup-1a.bin cannot be located. What am I doing wrong? Dave San Diego

For the life of me I cannot deploy a mortar. I activate the deploy weapon button and nothing happens. The unit appears to be in command and control. What gives?
