Just bought a RX 480 card. I think my solution, (disable the card), would work as it does for the R7 200.
I don't expect SC3 having any problem like that.
And you're right Schrullenhaft, the latest driver doesn't address it.

I found that disabling the video card in Device Manager lets the game run. (Guess the on board video takes over.)
Not all that thrilled about it, but rolling drivers back and forth didn't work.

It isn't a copy protection problem. But it is a problem for the developer to fix.

Kind of kills any desire to get SC: Global Conflict
-
I get the same FAILED error you do.
Thing is, when I bought it back in 2013 I had a Raedon card and Win7-64bit and it ran.
Now I have Win10-64bit and a R7-200 series. In fact, I think I had this card back then
-
Yes I am. The R7 200 series.
Thanks, I'll take a look.
Edit, updated to 16.10.1 just now, Same result.
The thing is that I've always had Raedon cards and it ran back in 2013.
Strange.

The bundle is installed and updated. Try to activate it, I get unable to activate: No Activations Remaining.
Since I wasn't required to log in, I sent a ticket on Saturday. And it doesn't exist.
EDIT:It just hit me that in order to create an account for help desk, I had to use google. (I can be dense.)
So things should work out now
Thanks all for the help
But the online activation is annoying

Ok, 11 hours in.
So just how do I get the named game I bought in 2013 activated? (The SC: WW1 bundle.)
-
Now if I can play SC: WW1: Breakthrough I'd be happy

550-5.1.1 The email account that you tried to reach does not existI don't see any way to register at the help desk. (And yes having to register at the store/forum/helpdesk is annoying.)
So I can't log in to check a ticket. As per above, I did submit one, but I can't check it.
Even more annoying is not being able to play a game I bought in 2013. Shouldn't have to jump through hoops.

SC3 works fine though.
