Nanobot

I've been wanting to purchase CMSF for awhile now, but haven't been able to get past the camera stutter issues (playing demo) that plague Nvidia cards and this game. However I saw that with the 1.32 patch this may have been fixed. (The demo is 1.3) Can anyone confirm if the issue still exists or has been fixed?
