So where is everyone going to get PBEM players?

Hi all Firstly I must say how happy with this game. At last a game that is better than the Close Combat Series. However where is everyone hanging out to find other players for RT Multiplayer H2H. I am not interested in any PBEM. I have had a look around but cannot find such a place anywhere where players are hanging out. Is there a chat channel or a lobby anywhere?
