There seems to be no "info" for this scenario. I opened it up in the Scenario Editor and there seems to be no units, no AI, nothing but a map. I've downloaded it several times with the same result. Please help.

I'm new to the Combat Missions games so this may be an old question. What modeling program would you recommend to create new vehicles? Sketchup, Fragmotion, etc.? Thanks in advance.
