  1. Actually I find the opposite. In Wego you make a plan and then for the next 60 seconds you watch it go horribly wrong without being able to do a damn thing except cry out at the inhumanity of it all as your teams get shot to pieces. In Real time you just go, "Huh wait I didn't know that tank was there" and hit pause as you decide on a new plan. Instantaneously everyone gets to react to the new threat. Now if you refuse to use pause at all, now your talking. ;)

With WeGo I can watch the history of all my task forces separately. When playing realtime sometimes I had a though that I should check my flanking force, how their approach goes. And they were already gone... I even had no idea what happened to them.

last think I miss with WeGo is sort of probe command. If a scoud goes under fire he should retreat. Now I have to watch him getting pounded for 1 minute, without even attempt to use a smoke.

  2. I don't see all the icons/units when I am making a flanking move, so that kind of argument is invalid.

Of course I'm not interested in iformation about every bullet, just in the fact, that one of the units from the other maneuver group get's in trouble.

The reality has nothing to do about it, because in reality the leader of company A don't need to worry about company B, but it's a game and I'm only one.

  3. Hi

I've played the demo. I still have some questions regarding the full version of cmx2.

I like playing Steel Panthers series a lot and I hope this game is similar.

Is it possible to set the turn time for less then 1 minute, for example 15s or 30s?

I have problems tracking my forces when I divide them. Is it possible to auto pause on selected events like: enemy spotted, enemy killed, own unit attacked etc.?

Is is possible to tell the vehicle to follow infantry and cover them from a set distance unit without having to adjust their relative position every minute?
