haza teh great

i installed TOW yesterday and everytime i try to run the game it wont load up at all and brings up the error message: "runtime error 3(trap) contact vendor of this application." ive sent a support ticket but thought i would try on here as well, any ideas on how to fix it? edit: sorry about the title, i have no idea how that happened to it, i didnt type it like that :\
