The clouds in the game are flickering any clue what the problem could be? I got a ATI 4890, Windows 7, latest drivers. BTW as W7 comes with directX 11 installed should I or do I have to install directX 9 for this game too?

Does it depend on the map? I see something like this on the last training mission but others looked OK.
