Lt. Niedermeyer

Hello. I created my own scenario w/ a detailed OOB (right down to leader names, ammo levels, etc.) and I want to be able to use it and tweak it using other maps. Is there a way to transfer the OOB into other maps/scenarios? While I'm at it, is there a way to transfer portions of maps onto new maps (i.e. sort of cut and paste?) Thanks very much.
