Yes, now I remember your name. Those were some nice mods you did, my name used to be Frost before they converted the website...anyway... I basically find a picture of a tank or what have you on the internet. I usually try to use pictures of toys rather than a real picture of a tank (I for some reason see this as coming out better in the game). Save it to my desktop as a jpeg, open up photo shop and manually shrink down the size with the free transform option, then I clean it up by taking out white pixels and such, but when I paste it in I'm losing a lot of resolution, and it looks pathetic in comparison to the 3-d mods that come with the game, or your mods for that matter. Any advice on keeping good resolution? thanks for the response

Does anyone have advice on making unit sprites? I've tried shrinking pictures of toys models on photo shop, but so far everything I've done looks horrible.

A while ago on CMODS someone gracioulsy posted some nice modern mods of assorted troops. My computer suffered some serious data loss, and now the CMODS is gone, does anyone know if these are still available? thank you

Speaking of modern mods, I see battlefront has a new repository for mods, does anyone know if the modern sprites are available still? I know someone did some nice ones for Russian, European, and U.S. equipment a while ago, but I lost the file. thanks

Sidius, I was working on a World War III mod about two months ago, until I lost all my files which gave me the easy decision to forget about the doing the mod until I get a new computer. I was doing the mod with Patton Drives East. The game would basically start after an aerial bombardment of Iran by Israel. This would basically start World War III, and I was going to concentrate the scenario mostly on the Middle East and the European Theatre...the sides were going to be Russia and Iran versus the USA and Israel...other countries would take sides as the war progressed. I would be interested in playing your mod once complete. Good luck!
