Ah is that what's holding most back? It's just I'm seeing a lot of files on cmmods (like the previously stated small arms and sound mods) that aren't uploaded to the repository, and I'm not sure who to ask to upload them (or to get permission to upload them).

Sure, the Combat mission specific mods quickly found a new home, but where are the ToW mods being kept now? Specifically I'm looking for the small arms mods, but then I don't know what else is out there, either!
