Hi, The JSH mod has been recommended to me. Problem; all I can find here is the "JSHv1.3.2_eng_patch". Where is the original mod files? Which ones do I actually need? Tried googling "JSH mod for TOW" ; is it only available at rapidshare? :confused:

For some reason it won't work on the downloads section of Battlefront.com even though I'm logged on here :confused: Any ideas?

Well i've played all afternoon and finished tutorlals without any freezes. Guess that's good news. This JSH mod, where can I download it? :confused:

thanks for your replies; I'm running a GeForce 8500 GT, Driver version 185.5. I've had no probs with other games freezing up. I first hit this problem on 3rd tutorial, and again on 4th. Re-run 3rd tutorial and yes it happened again. I think I was moving the russian sniper towards a position where he could snipe the enemy around the farmhouse 1st time, 2nd time I put 2 men inside the 222 armoured car to capture it, they got inside then the program just froze, although I could still move the mouse - nothing appeared active. My pc; AMD 64X2 Dual Core Processor 5200+, 2.71 GHz. 3.00 GB of RAM. Windows XP Home, Service pack 3.

Hi, I'm quite enjoying this game - although I also still play CMBB & CMAK a lot too because I don't believe that they will ever be beaten for realism and depth of play, also they're a heck of a lot more stable, anyway.... I'm on XP and have the version with the uber patch. My problem is lock-ups/freezes with TOW. I'm then having to press ctrl-alt-delete to stop the program from running and sometimes it takes a while to get out of it too. Its weird cos the first 2 tutorials were fine then the next 2 started locking up. My question is; is there something I can type in the line (in the end program pop-up box) for terminating the TOW program quickly and efficiently ? I'm gonna try and persist cos I reckon there's a good game lurking in there somewhere. Mind you I can't believe they left out the Sherman Firefly ???

Just tried that, by re-installing TOW then trying to add the MP without trying to run TOW first. Guess what? Get to installation menu for MP, then that's it, get no further. Tried twice to install MP, but both times no response on install menu, not just clicking on install but any options including "read me and exit", menu appears "live" but doesn't repond to mouse click! Worse still both times had to pull the plug on my system just to close it down! Not good. What's going on here?

Hi guys, first post. I'm in the UK and a windows xp (home) user, I have all the service packs installed. Just received my TOW bundle through the post. Loaded main DVD as instructed - it installed, however that was it, just cannot launch the game at all, either through disk or menu/shortcuts. I note that stuck on the front of the main DVD is a sticky label saying (abbreviated) Quote -"Attention - before running TOW see your webpage for a special downloadable compatability patch!" It's special alright because I can't find anything for TOW other than the uber patch which my DVD version should already contain! The link given on the sticky label for this mysterious "compatability patch" produced nothing? Help please, this bundle just cost me $65 and I'm gagging to use it.
