Ransom

I'm having a similar problem. Windows Vista 32 I put the DVD in my drive and nothing happens. If I open 'My Computer' and double click on the dvd icon, the curser turns into a busy curser and won't do anything until I eject the dvd. If I right click the dvd icon and select 'explore', I can get to the files. When I double click 'setup.exe' my curser turns into a busy curser again and nothing happens. if I right click the 'setup.exe' and select 'run as admin', again nothing happens. Its not the dvd drive, other dvds work.
