Ok its been a week since I asked the help desk and no responce, any help ?

I downloaded TOW ages ago before it came out on DVD in the UK and recently my computer was wiped when the motherboard melted, therefore I have lost my key and therefore cant create a licence when reinstalling the game so cant play it, I want to know how do I get a new key so I can licence my game and play it again ?
