Hi, I have a problem running CMBO on a Vista machine. The computer running it has two monitors, but when CMBO starts up it tries to run itself on the secondary monitor, which then complains the resolution is 'out of range'. At the moment I have to disable the secondary monitor from the nVidia control panel every time I want to play, which is really annoying. Does anyone know how to force the program to use the correct (primary) monitor, or how to tell CM what resolution/refresh rate to use within a config file?
