Bet yours got "lost" Send a follow-up letter to the Director of that agency stating the date you sent the original and that you have received no response.
A BIG PART of Freedom of Information (FOI) requests is they must provide a response in something like 5 business days. If they cannot provide the answer within those 5 days, they must give you an estimate of when they will be able to give you an answer.
Also, be careful in what you ask for. A common trick is to answer precisely the question you ask. If you ask for a copy of your XYZ report, you might be told there is none. But there could be several other reports on you - and since you did not ask for them - you will not get a copy.
