I have an other problem with the mission "Hold Out"... she makes me a CTD when i load her.... Have you an other patch for this problem...??

i have a problem,i encounter a CTD at the begining of the second mission "Capture Gavrus"...at the loading screen... I have patched my game with the JSH 1.2.2 I don't understand because the first mission works fine..
