When I got the e-mail re the patch I clicked on the link to download and it brought up the IE browser to download with. I use FireFox, so I closed IE and went to your site on FF as I always do. I downloaded the file with FF and put it in the 1C folder and installed it. When I tried to use update on the opening screen it would not allow it - had error messages about not having permission to access files. To make a long story short, I tried several different things and also read the forum to see if anybody else was having the problem. It finally dawned on me to use IE for the download of the patch. I did and the damn thing worked as advertised. So, use the default IE browser when downloading the patch. Saves some frustration.
