i reinstalled the game and now i keep getting the file rts.dll as a virus and cannot launch game. any info or ideas on this?

bought the paradox version at wallmart next answer that may be useful is?

keep getting elicen40.dll error, anyone know what it means? can only patch up to 1.02, after that i get error if i try patching higher.
