still no responce from the support team about my username and pw, anyone got any advice?

Im new to the game just started today, excited about playing some multiplayer! been doing some standalone, tried to play online but it would not accept the username and password I registered, sent an email to the support team, hopping I can get some help, other than the not sure what I can do, for now I will just play the stand alone and hopefully I can play with some of you in the near future!
