i know lot of these guys say that, but i have never siad it was to be like cm, my piont about mis leading has to do with the pre orders, of what was siad, and then done.

the way i understond it was that it was going to be based on more realistic , then any rts out there, as far as i know it is, and cm is ok but i not like trun base much. i did say i like the game, and would have played it before it was out, i would still have ordered it, just need some fixes. so are you saying it is based on hitpoints?

I think some people here mislead themselves, and that's the root of the problem. If you were expecting a prettier CM you were doing so on the basis of your own misconceptions. It has been here on this board in black and white for months; this is not CM. Again, people need to take responsibility for their own actions. No one was mislead, or lied for one i did not say it was like cm or did i say i thought it was going to be like cm. i posted why i thought the pre orders got mis lead, the mods know why, so i did not write down agian. now are now you going to take responsibility for just being wrong about what i siad?

Now take responsibility for your decision and act like an adult. as soon as c1 and bf dose, they just did not have the skill for it and go back to tb games. this game is to be realistic. or close to it, as they could program it. i will just put this game in the could have rocked list. games like these always seemed be in the wrong hands, and they lose alot of (gameplay). in the over all i like the game, but both sides are right. to me they just mislead the pre orders i will be waitting for the fixes. and where are the mods? do this form have (cod)or (tos)? i see some of this being siad and they are not baned? this is going down hill.

enter buildings one of the mods (will not say who) siad that most missons happed out side of towns and citys well there are 5 missons where the fighting was in a small town maybe he did not play the game, and i hope that is the case but entering those building would have made the game play better for me.

i for one did not pre-order for the $10 off it was to get the early download they had 3 weeks to get the servers ready for the download. if the game and every thing else was not ready then they should not have posted that on the 19th it will be out. they still got 2 hours here before the 19th, but if it is not out then it was (misleading) to all of us. there is not defense for that. all these systems should have been checked welll before this time. i liked cm, and then i saw this game and new i had to get it. but ........

this is last time i Pre-Order form here, just one day before the game is to come out, i could have not Pre-Order and waited for the demo in good faith i Pre-Order to get the game before it was to came out. and just one day is not worth doing that good faith. they do have 2 more hours or so before i log for for the night. so we will see.

who got the ier names in game form that competition abit back?

i am all for the elicense thing, but there should be safe guards. like if i forget to undo the license and wipe my hard, and reninstall the game i should beable to get that license agian. if these games was only $20.00 then find there would be no need for safe guards for me becuse i (mite) forget to undo the elicense, but at $40 or more , there has to be safe guards. if there is not, that is just wrong and we mite just need to get an law or 2 pass to get these safe guards.

Then you can play LAN while waiting for the DVD as mere backup copy (plus the nice printed manual). eLicense is an online activation system, not a copy protection. You can make copies of the software, burn it to DVD and what not as you please. You can even install it on as many computer as you want. The only restriction is that you cannot have more than two of those copies activated at any one time. Martin i just order mind copy now i wipe my hard drive alot each year, and when i do this for like the 7th time, will i still beable to install this game and play it?

i have read that the number of units are at 150

this game is based on realistic damage. if the ai is as 1/2 as good and they siad they would wipe the floor with you if you tryed click festing. so i got to ask is how will this be truned in to a click fest game?

we can give the soldiers medals that make it thorw the fight about what about the one or ones who do not but was in the right time and right place to kill that enemy unit or what not. then he dies can we give him a medal?

i wipe hard drive alot on this cp so will i still beable to install the game and still play it?

i understand a bit more about all this. but to me the only time i want and tb in a game is right before the fight where i can plan with this game i would love if they put into to the game before the fight you see the map by the last recon (this could be intell that is 1 to what ever think is best) this game is baseed on realems. where knowen enemy is what units are knowen and so on. i hope you all know what i am trying to say. i have played some cm and i would have loved it more if it was real time

i did not want this to become a flame fest. i was just asking , trying to understand why. i am hoping that tow comes close, i know they are limited. i hope one day they will make a game with all this stuff in them. and in the over all i think tow has moved closer than any other game. that i have found so far to what i want.

yes some of them are click fest. but this one is slowly moving ahead in that area. even tho it is taking a step back in the unit numbers. the more the units the better. that is based on playing a game that looked good and you could have up to over 40,000 soldiers. you could see them load thier guns and melee. i think it will be a good game becuse of the realism. i hate trun base war games it take out the thinking in the heat of battle. for the ones who can not think when the fight is hard you can pause the game.
