  1. It worked. I emailed the battlefront support with my authorization code and they sent me a link to re-download it.
  2. Hello, I had to reformat the HD that contained my copy of SC2. I have my e-receipt from when I purchased the game. What do I need to do in order to get my game back?
  3. I ePurchased the game and eDownloaded it so I dont have a hard copy handbook, can I DL the handbook somewhere cause I searched all my files from battlefront and I cannot find a handbook.doc or I wouldnt have posted sorry. My question still stands.
  4. Can someone explain exactly what a HQ does, I think it helps increase moral & readiness...but I just would like to see some exact stats are. Also how does supply lines work? Like it seems like I can almost alway reinforce a unit, but more often than not units supply will go down and so will there readiness & moral. Can someone expalain how thsi works?
  5. Can somone explain this "Red Arrows" as do they actually translocate your units to another map all-together? Because if this is true, than it would be very possiable to create a world campaign map, by just dividing the world into 2 zones, the eastern US, S. America, Africa, and about half of Euro-Asia. The other half would be the pacific with India-Asia, Australia, and the W. US. Please fill me in on those "red arrows" because in my campaigns they do nothing when I land navy on top of them. (Refering to default 1939 Fall Weiss Campiang.)
  6. I was doing some calculations: If you did a whole world map, it would have about a 12,450 mile spand from east to west. And a slighly less, North to South of 12,350. Which means each tile would represent about a 100 sq miles of land or sea, or both. Now I know the game was built to have each tile represent 50 sq miles of land or sea. My question to you dev's or other campaign makers..is does this doubling of area a tile covers mess up to many things to be able to accomplish a practical world map?
  7. I was curious if anyone has ever make a map of the entire globe? to scale of course. What I thought of would be a multiplayer map built for 2-5 players. It would have the entire globe and would consistes of USA/Russia/Germany/UK/Japan. You could add France, Italy, as the other majors, but I doubt anyone would ever get 7 people. This idea is based of a board game I played called, Alliance '39. It was fun because as the leader of yoru country you could choose how/ and what role you wanted your nation to play. Germany could never become the Axis..it may become Russia & Japan...or vice versa..the ultimate goal though is to earn victory through military or economic conquest. I imagine this game could be tailored to be something similiar, but I am not sure if you can do more than 2 players. Anyone know? Also, I was wondering..along those lines, if a human can be allied with a computer AI nation, and work cooperativly but not actually own/control those computer AI's resources/units? anyone know this?
  8. I want to play this game versus people, but I dont know how to. Can somone give a little tutorial for how to and what to do to play with a friend via network. I have a router, and so does my friend. We both use Windows XP Pro.
  9. I played this scenario as the Germans. It uses the same map as Fall Weiss 1939, but it adds the nations of Luxemburg, Neatherlands, Brussels, Czeck, Saudia Arabia. I played on Intermediate difficulty, as I am still fairly new to this game, been playing 3 weeks. I invaded Poland in mid 1938, and used lots of money on diplomacy. I was able to get Hungry/Romania/Bulgaria/Austria/Czeck/Neatherlands/Luxemburg/Iraq to join the Axis. I never invaded Russia, rather I fortified my borders with Engineers, and used italy to conquer Africa. I conquered france by focusing on the southern section of the Maginot line. It took awhile to breakthrough, but I was able to conquer France by winter 1939, so only 6 months slower than real Germany. Than I focused on diplomacy and building up my minor countries militarys because they are so cheap. Czech seems to be underpriced for the amount of units they can field. I loved the map Qyusson. Great job.
  10. What map is considered the "standard"? For that matter, what map is considered the standard for off-line games also? Is it Fall Weiss 1939? Starting with the invasion of poland? I am just curious because I want to have a framework to compare against when I read posts by people who talk about taking over france, of invading russia or defending egypt. I want to be able to assume what map they started in. Thanks all, Numa
