I can declare war on them but my tanks, planes, infantry, everything; cannot hit the one Iranian corps. By cannot hit I mean they cannot even attack. I click one of my units and then try to click the corps to attack it and it doesn't give me the red line and circle. I've tried stationing powerful HQ's near my units, moving them next to the corps, waiting a turn, and then attacking rather than blitz attacking. I've tried to attack them with every single unit. It's annoying because the USSR did not surrender when I conquered them because Iran was still in the game. How do I fix this?

Is it possible to convert a saved game to a campaign or edit the saved game so that you may switch sides? Right now, I'm about to eliminate the USSR with Germany (UK is already knocked out) and I want to see if I can somehow pull an amazing victory as the USA Obviously, I could just create a campaign with all of the current military units the Axis and USA have and set UK and USSR to conquered, but that would be more time consuming.
