  1. Yes that is all you have to do to add them to the unit-sprites 3-D bmp.
  2. I actually have some 3-D space Icons as I planned on someday making a mod for one. Not enough yet to make up 6 countries + 2 Neutrals full of icons. Maybe I will post them up at the Yahoo group link when I find some time.
  3. It is in the first topic in this forum. Hubert Cater posted about Mods and it has 2 links the first is to CMMODS and the other is the Yahoo group link. http://games.groups.yahoo.com/group/strategiccommand2/ Anyhow I have many more unit and resource sprites but I am usually either making units for our mods, working on the actual scenarios, or playing. However I will add more of the Japanese stuff for MR Dozer ASAP.
  4. So, all I have to do is down load the patch\export my scenario to some folder?\then install patch\then import the data back in the editor? We have a few mods we play all with version 1.00 so never had upgraded. If I can convince the people I play with to do it, I will do it.
  5. I have made some they are at the yahoo group link in the the first discussion about mods. I have more I will add them in a day or so when I have some time. I have planes, tanks, bombers, mech infantry, and cannon. No infantry though I simply used the Italians and changed their coloring.
  6. There are a few links here in this forum on how to deal with that. I havent used any other version then 1.00 so I cant help you, sorry. Let me know how you make out.
  7. Did you read the readme file? Also it is version 1.00 if you are using any later versions of the game it may not load for you unless you upgrade the scenario in the editor.
  8. I added the Mod to both CMMOD and the Yahoo group although I couldnt add the custom sounds at the Yahoo group the file was just too big. The map is made playable for the 7 years war(French Indian war), Revolutionary War, War of 1812, or The Civil War. So it isnt 100% accurate for the revoltuionary war. We wanted to make the whole map playable so it is a historical base with a fictional flavor. The game is about 80% complete we are currently in the process of play testing for balance. There are no AI scripts so it is only a multi player game. However all features are there for anyone wishing to make it into a fully historical game.
  9. Yeah the mini map is in the bitmaps folder under mini tile I think, you will see it. It is a long bar with small bars in the national colors.
  10. Well I didnt know what the hell you were talking about until I checked his name again. Cater, looked like carter when I glanced at it quick.
  11. Ferris B I will send you the map asap. Do you want any other files or just the map?
  12. Thanks. I have added some ancient and WWII units. I'll continue to add more and civil war and medieval as well.
  13. You can change the fortification icons in the resource bitmap and that will give you different choices of 'fortifications' to make. However I am not sure if you can change the amount of time it takes to build it if that matters to you. Also I am not sure if you could ever get it to fire it will just act as a fortification. Go to that second link of the yahoo group and ill put up an 88 pak gun and a couple of other options and you can try to see if it works. Ill put them up there tommorrow under the WWII units photo album. Scipio aka Caeser [ August 02, 2006, 08:55 PM: Message edited by: Scipio666 ]
