I've done a spanish translation of the file Localization.txt, if anyone is interested on it just take a look at my email address and ask for it.
I've created an application in Delphi that translates every single line starting with the character '#' in that file, so in case any patch is released, a recompilation is easily done in a matter of milliseconds, and the new Localization.txt is translated quickly and safely.
On a side note, and related to the programmers of this game, I've noticed that if I translate the term 'Campaigns' to the spanish term 'CampaƱas' then no campaign is shown in the campaign selection window, the solution?, just create a folder called 'CampaƱas' and copy all the campaigns folder contents to that one.
IMHO I think it's not safe to depend on a word in a localization file for something such important as a folder containing the campaings for this game.
One last thing, I still don't have the final version, this translation is based on the demo released a while ago, but I guess the differences between the two localization.txt files must be minimal.

Habidis.
