I created an online single player mission using my German pilots flying the Fw-190D Dora , and when the game started it said that i was flying the Fw-190A Wurger. Now is that a mistype?

One quick question i need to know... Do pilots get more xp if they shoot down and kill an enemy pilot rather than have the pilot parachute to safety? Thats all WOW!! my first ever post !! feels good
