How do you top 1000 kills in a month? Doing it twice as fast!

The same month (1-28 Feb) Loki 88 achieved an incredible 959 kills! That might be the only time someone will ever score 900+ kills in a month and not get the monthly leaderboard record for kills. It was a superlative month of competition, Loki!!!

This is very simple. If you select France, the Axis have 5 opponents to face. That's great for the Axis and offers wonderful variety, but it sucks for the Allies who face the same two nationalities they've fought since the basic game was released. If you select Italy, it's 3v4 instead of 2v5.

The same week (19-25 Feb) Loki 88 achieved a phenomenal 534 kills! That might be the only time someone will ever score 500 kills in a week and not get the weekly leaderboard record for kills. It was a fantastic week of competition, Loki!!!

It's true - Loki88 has 199 kills this week, so far. He's made a good effort and is only ~60 from me. Let's see how the next week goes.

Hey, Sixx - I do have to give Sadahara one more bragging point. He's the only pilot other than one of mine that is in the top 5 for number of missions flown.

Here's a couple Black Mamba bragging points:
1) Has held the All-Time records most kills, damages, missions and experience for longer than any other pilot.
2) Has killed more than 800 planes in one month alone. Ditto for damages. Has flown 467 missions in a single month.
3) Has >2000 more kills than her wingman does.

I give you full respect! Points #2 and #7 are particularly impressive. To have flown prior to escape death respawning and to have more than 1000 kills more than the next nearest same nation pilot is phenomenal!

This is fantastic! Thanks for all the work you've done on this so far! I'd love to be the first to sign up for the Japanese. Please assign me to command the Shokaku.
My first question is how does it work having multiple fighter squadrons, but only one pilot/wingman pair? Do we use that pair for every mission, even missions occurring during the same turn?

In general I always target the leader when playing against AI, but the wingman when playing a human opponent. It is harder to kill a leader (more cards), but if you can do it the advantage swings tremendously in your favor because when the wingman is promoted to leader, he loses almost all his skills (except Natural Pilot, Sturdy, and cards).

I've had this happen too. I think it's a bug and I wrote to Brian about this. He can fix it. If you cash in, you'll only get 75% experience whereas if you allow Brian to fix it, you'll get 100%.
