A few questions about CMMOS 4.05

I can answer some of my own questions now, no the site isnt always that slow and I guess I dont need a list as when you go to DL a mod it tells you weather they are compatible or not. -
My first question is, is cmmods site always so very slow? And secondly is there a list of the new cmmos files I need? Or are all mods on cmmods website for 4.05? I dont want to be wasting my time dl'ing lots of mods I already have and dont need anymore Thanks.
