    I have tried that a couple of times. It does not help. I still get the error message. I have also sent a e-mail to direct2drive. Any other suggestions would be appreciated.

    I downloaded SC from direct2drive and cannot get it to open. It starts, and then I get an windows error message saying sc.exe has encountered a problem. Also, I am unable to open the manual. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
