    Thanks Mike!

As unbelievable as it may seem  , some of us have neither the time (that would be me), opportunity (me again), or inclination (3 for 3) to play online or PBEM. Therefore , things like AI and replayability become VERY important. Frankly , I'm concerned with the reports on the AI and also on what would appear to be limited engagement AND terrain possibilities. It's also disapointing to hear , from another thread ,that a patch is going to be required right off the bat, no doubt the first in a series. For this and other reasons too I will be waiting , playing the old tried and true , before purchasing.

Who wants "a bunch of games and modules"? Module Shmodule. It's the size and scope of earlier games that keep them on my hard drive (well, CMBB anyway).Give us a BIG WWII game puh-lees!
  3. Look you guys, Dorosh is right (this time)*-) I figured out a long time ago there is an unrealistic amount of transport vehicles available anyway. Juan ,you finally "got" it by unloading your troops far away from the heat. As for me, I know its going to take a couple of turns and some God like re-directs in the orders of those movements.1/2 tracks with troups are not assault vehicles but transports and support vehicles. Guns take a long time to set up and you don't back into your uber position or you will pay dearly.Transport vehicles need be used properly or not at all. Combat movement takes time and this is modeled very well IM"H"O.

  5. This should be a simple one.

I used to get all the pictures that are included in posts but suddenly I don't see any pictures.

is there a player or media thing that I may have uninstalled or shut down by accident?

Also I have never figured out how to take screen shots, as far as the info in the faq goes, I can't take them but I have done what is said. Is this related?

(come to think of it, I think it is only others screenshots that don't show up, not other pictures even though screenshots used to...)

    thanks
