I really like the armor graphic in TOW. The graphic showing the damage to tanks/armor cars is very good. I wish that was in CM. The rest of the game is well below CM standards.

Your comments are helpful especially the referance to your wife. I might get a Mac to have her (my wife) happy with computer use and move my PC in the basement rec-room for the gaming stuff.

Yep the zookas should work great against the Frenchy's and hopefully against the rear or flanks of the IV's and V's.
Does anyone know if rifle grenades will be used by the US troops?
Yes, US troops used rifle grenades in WW2. Especially through 44. I saw a clip from "Greatest Tank Battles" where a Panther crew member was taking about his tank getting imobilized and the Americans hitting it 20-30 times with rifle gernades before the fuel tank finally caught fire and they bailed out.

War games of the WW2 type the CM cover are a small segment of game buying public. That's why you only see little attention in publications like PC Gamer. It's been a while since I picked up the mag because of the little attention that that pay. They use to have a war game writer who had a small part of every copy. I don't know if he still has a section.
I think PC Gamer does not look below skin deep at the inter working of games like CM to see the beauty. If Battlefront had a huge staff to work on big graphics they might have better press. I have been a big fan of CM since the early days. I like the idea that Battle front listens to their customers.

Steve, can we have a peek at what the pillboxes will look like or a description? I assume they will be treated like a building or a vehicle that can be occupied. Will heavy weapons be allowed to occupy (AT guns).

Any thoughts made to adding more illumination to the night in Normandy (or in versions beyond)? Talking about both artillery illumination flares and one shot up from flare pistols.

Yes Mord, the random stuff in CMX1 was cool stuff. Flames starting up from all kinds of random stuff added greatly to the realisim.

Ok, we have an idea that flamethrowers will maybe come in the future releases but what about burning woods, fields and buildings? The flame and smoke would add some more realism to the battlefield.
