Hi, I just bought the game from ebay ($1...), but did not read the fine-print close enought: they didn't send a manual with the CD. Without it it's pretty frustrating to play. Is there a possibility to acquire this manual on pdf? Are there good tutorials on web-pages? Thanks for the help...
