Spec

I just read an article about this game in Computer Gaming World, and its attracted me considerably. I tried to pick it up, but i cant find it anywhere. Electronics Boutique doesnt sell it, and ive also tried a few smaller game stores, and no luck. Does anyone know of a place to get it other then online? Also i live in Canada, i dunno if that makes a dfiference. Thanks.
