Hi all, I'm in a PBEM game as the Axis and I've successfully done Sea Lion. I've conquered Poland, Benelux, France, England, Yugoslavia, Norway and Portugal. Spain join me as an ally after London fell. I let Russia get up to 99% before I declared on it, and, as of yet, my push into Russia has been slow because the ground units I originally had there were inexperienced and my air was in England. What's concerning me is that the noarmal Axis minor allies haven't declared for me yet. Finland, Bulgaria, Romania and Hungary are all sitting idle. Is this normal in a SeaLion game? PatWx
