While recently playing a "hotseat" game all my russian cities and ports became worth 5 mpps instead of the 10 they were worth the turn before.This happened in May of 1942,and the Germans were pushing me back across the board. I was just trying to figure out if this was due to some kind of "trigger" in the game or this was a bug with the game.
