The Ostfront is definitely where the action is. I've been addicted to Eastern front computer games ever since "Kampfgruppe" came out for the Atari 800. For the last couple years I've been playing Close Combat III, which is a very good game, but CMBB is vastly superior. I can recommend a couple of good books -- "Barbarossa (The Russian-German Conflict, 1941-45)", by Alan Clark. Also "Stalingrad" by Antony Beevor.
