Hi, That message occurs for me when I don't have the right extensions active. I had to turn on the ATI radeon 3d acceleration extension to get it to work right. If you run with a minimum of extensions on like I do, check which ones are off. (G4, OS 9.2.2, factory ATI rage Pro, latest ATI software.)

I have all three of the CM games on my Mac G4. For convenience when playing the games I like to expand an img file of the game CD instead of mounting the actual CD. This comsumes a lot of drive space especially with CMAK. I've heard that it may be possible to make an image of only part of the CD for the game start up purpose. Anybody know how to do this? :confused:

Can anybody help my failing memory. A workaround was once posted in the forum for running CM in classic mode. It didn't run very well but I'd like to try it again on my new Mac G5 DP. It involved turning off an extension and holding down a key at startup of the game.
