At the upeer left corner of the configuration screen there's two tabs, with texts "Mods" and "Rule-sets", just click the tab Mods and add them the same way as rule sets (by clicking add and selecting mod + pressing ok)

I'ts not a bug. Here's how I got it to work: 1. Locate your CMBB-folder 2. Copy the file Combat Mission 2 3. Paste the file to the same folder as the original 4. Rename the copy to "Barbarossa to Berlin.exe" 5. When CMMOS asks you to locate your CMBB.exe file, select the copy (Barbarossa to Berlin.exe) and click OK 6. Now try adding the rulesets Hope this help's (and that you can understand me )

Actually two were captured and put back to use, one was lost, but the other one survived, was used as a gun tractor after the war and is now in Parola painted with russian colours.
