Is there an easy way to make objects for CMBO & CMBB?

Sounds like CM3 could be good. With right graphics engine it could be the best war game ever made.Would would make this game great is, a better map maker. Take CMBO & CMBB, you can put railway track down, but there's no rolling stock to put on it!. Take a look at Operation Flashpoint, if you want to see the options, a map maker can give you.
