1.
quote:
Originally posted by YankeeDog: Just giving this a much needed bump from the second page. As long as I'm posting, Zitadelle and I are in the process of finishing up Mighty Mouse. I'm going to refrain from any details right now because there are still lots of people out there playing the scenario. A friendly suggestion to others that it might be best to refrain from posting AARs until after the deadline for a given round of the tournament has passed to avoid spilling the beans. Might be best to start a separate thread for AARs - there are probably some out there (such as alternates) who would like to play Ted's excellent scenarios after the tournament is over. This way, they can avoid spoiling the suprise by avoiding the AAR thread. . . I am looking forward to reading everyone's reports, though. Mine for Blind will follow later this week. I'll start an AAR thread then if one hasn't been started already. Cheers, YD

I would have to agree with you YankeeDog - I've refrained from posting any info on the battles, as everyone is playing at a different pace. The suggestion of posting the AAR's after the deadline for the scenario is over is a good one. I'm definitely interested in hearing everyone's strategies for each scenario, but I'd rather not read them while my battle is in progress, as it takes away from the surprise element - which I find to be one of the many "fun factors" to CM. Plus, it would allow for a more organized release of the AAR's as they would all be hitting the thread at the same time. Just my two cents
 2. Try Toms Combat Mission HQ. It has a link for the MP3 sound conversion and it should work - at least it did about 2 weeks ago.
 3. Try www.warfarehq.com - should be in the CM mod section under sounds. [ 12-21-2001: Message edited by: mortar ]

 4. Hey redbastard - excellent AAR for the Blind Man Bluff scenario. Couldn't have said it better myself. Although those last few squads of poles weren't giggling as they were running away into the night. I think what you heard were their cries of terror as they made a mad dash for the exit zone on the other side of the map.
 5. Hey Ted - looking forward to the tournament - guess my member number should be available for you.
