I installed the patch for combat misson...(windows version) when I go to play the game it loads up then tells me cd-required...why is that when the cd is already in the drive? If there are any fixes to this please let me know!

Hi..whenever I have am playing a game with fog I cannot see it...why is that..and how do I fix it! My video card is a 3d savage 4 32mb video card...I have a p2 300mhz. 128mb ram...please help me so I can fix this problem and enjoy the game!
