  1. Thankyou for the answers to my questions. They have been very informative and helpful. I have been using a friends copy of the game, which is an older version, for nearly three monthes now as he is flat out with work committments. I usually borrow games off of my friends, play them for a few days then return them, bored with them. I am a very fussy and hard to please individual who loves attention to detail. I like games like this one that enable you to play pre-set battles and have the scope to enable you to make your own as well. I am glad that you are not restricted in the usual manner when choosing units in that you can only have 1 or 2 King Tigers. If you want to fight a big game and have 30 King Tigers rumbling forward across no-mans land, then the only restrictions are if they where available at the time you are fighting. As I have said I have had this copy for nearly three months and can't wait to get home and fight it out on the computer. I will be purchasing a copy for myself in the very near future. A nearly unheard of thing over here, I only have two other games that I have purchased because I am so very, very, very hard to please. Once again thankyou for the reply and I have to once again say, OUTSTANDING GAME
  2. I love this game!!!!! I have come across a couple of problems though. When playing the Wittman scenario, I had a brengun carrier dash across the front of Wittman's Tiger. I replayed the scene twice from the overhead view and was surprised and a little bit disapointed to notice that it hit the Tiger aprox in the center of the front glacis plate. The carrier was run over by the Tiger but continued to move away as if nothing had happened. It should have been flattened like a pancake. While playing another game several enemy tanks and several of my own tanks all ran into each other. The game does not appear to recognise the boundries of the tanks. It only appears to recognise the turrets. I knocked out several enemy tanks during the game. I advanced to where I had Knocked out five shermans and discovered that they where all embedded into one another. I wonder if anybody else has had this problem. My other concern is that my tanks whether I play Axis or Allies seem to engage enemy infantry or Tank crews when they have just fired at a tank and missed it as it has moved behind a tree. As they swivel their turret towards the infantry or tank crew. The enemy tank moves out from behind the tree and blows my tank away. It is so frustrating. I don't know why the tanks keep engaging threats that are not threats as yet, when there is a bigger threat closer and on the move that has just disappeared from view for a couple of seconds!! Apart from these two problems, I love the game immensly and hope that these problems will be fixed soon if not already. Once again I love this game very, very, very, much!!!!!
