21st Army Group

Hello, all: I am from CA and am still waiting for SC (which I ordered on Aug 1st) to come. During the wait time, I repeatedly played SC gold demo. For some reason, I like to play as Allied unlike most of you out there. I am wondering if anyone had been successful having France and England on the attack instead of just defending in the campaign "Fall of France". I best I even did was to hold the frontline and it seems like I never have the money to buy a French leader. Thank you!

Hello, I stopped playing CMBO for a while and am now back into the game. As I was surfing around websites devoting to this great game, I discovered all kinds of great mods available for downloading. Now, I just have a simple question about how to install winter mods. I realize that the winter version of CM units (e.g. armor and infantry) does not come with the original game. So when installing winter mods, do I just copy the winter mod bmp into the CMBO bmp directory and the winter version will appear in snow covered scenarios. Or do I need stuff like CMMO or batch files to swap the files for armors and infantry units to appear in winter version. For example, how would I install bmp #15010, 15011, 15012, 15013, 15014, and 5015 in Andrew Fox's great British uniform mod for the winter version to appear in proper circumstance (i.e. when the map is snow covered)? Hey, Would the data (or genearlly how the game works) be affected if the game crashes while it is loading a scenario or during a game. My computer rarely crash while running Combat Mission, but I just want to know....Thanks in advance

I am a newbie and I brough this game because Rommel 22 recommended it. I brough this game to show Rommel 22 that British tanks are superior to German tanks under the command of a skillful commender. I am looking forward to shock Rommel 22 (just like how I shock German tank crews) shortly. The tools are Churchill VII and Comet, depending on the situation. Of course, I wouldn't hesitate to play as Canadians and Polish to further disgrace his Panzer troops.

Hello, I am a newbie of Combat Mission and I thought I could take of my friend after bitting the AI in hard mode. However, he beat me easily in the first 2 games. I was Polish and Canadian in the first 2 games and he was of course German. The tactic he used was using cheap infantry to scout and attack my position (inside the building). Behind his infantry, he employed 5 or 6 Stug IV to kick out my defence position. PIATs rendered useless because his infantry was able to supress or eliminate them everytime. If I put tanks or AT guns in front of my infantry, it would be suicide. He suggested me to put mine in his "expected" attack route. Please offer suggestions. Thanks in advance.
