No disrepect intended, indeed CMBO has a excellent manual. But there is so much to cover, especially for newbies. I couldn't find an answer there about the yellow lines, but I did searching these forums. "When you click on a unit, yellow lines signify incoming fire from known enemies." Or something like that. What might you add to help us get a better grasp of the game? (Of course, yellow lines in the snow means ... don't eat the snow

The Game Commander webpage (http:\www.gamecommander.com) has a good profile for voice control in CM, I started with that and made a few changes, and I was quickly in business. For me, it just makes some things easier in CM, and lets me be lazy and say things while I lean back holding only the mouse pondering the battlefield. Fun, useful, compelling, good for any arcane keystrokes, but not essential. In flight sims, it IS essential.
