Well I bet he does not have the us version being from England!

You have to do this in the Scenario Editor.

Note: There is a "hidden" feature that allows you to output the text from an already compiled scenario. This is great if you lost your originals or wish to use someone else's text as a template for your own. To do this, simply hold down the SHIFT and CONTROL keys when you click on the "Load Briefings" button. You will go through the same sequence as when loading briefings, except that you will be asked to specify where to SAVE the briefings TO in plain text format.

  2. Bridge exit

Not a big thing so i don't know if it is worth the time to fix but I first noticed this goofing around in the Danube Blues scenario.

I then set up a map to check it out a little further. Bridges on the north and east sides of a map can not be exited from. One thing I noticed when I was checking this out was that the bridges on the west and south sides extended past the edge of the map but the ones on the north and east side stopped at the edge. It doesn't matter what kind of bridge it is also.

Not that big of a deal but it could cause a problem for a scenario with a exit zone on the east or north end of a map over a bridge.

I'm trying to come up with ways to reduce the over head to get better throughput numbers and d/l times. It's the best thing I can think of since they are the only graphics on the website.

Also, look for a d/l stats page coming soon. Maybe early next week.

I don't think anyone would care that much (it's free after all)

Last time I was on the site I was thinking a d/l stat would be good so you could see what's hot! keep up the good work!

One solution, that works for me, that I haven't seen posted here is the right-mouse-click option. Scroll over the link, right-mouse-click, choose "save target as", select destination and hit okay. This works everytime for me. I did not have to adjust my options, I have no accelerator, I go through a firewall etc. Please note that when I click on the link, I get the same error page that everyone is also getting.

The only downside is that I can only download one mod at a time. No problem here.

    Speedbump

Thanks Speedbump that work for me! You can also check out cm.cozog.com , it's where I got the mods I wanted before I saw this post!

EDIT: but now i can also download the right way strange will have to try that trick next time it don't work!

I am in the same boat as you(except mine is 100% of the time) but I would not say for him to pack it in! I too wish that the problem would be fixed but as long a some can enjoy the site and benefit from it, it should stay. The others(myself included) will just have to wait untill Matt gets back to updating HQ! And yes I have tryed all the littel fixes and none work!
